Order & Shipping
Shipping
Subject to stock availability, orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within the following average timeframes :
• France: 2 to 4 business days.
• Europe (Belgium, Italy, Spain…): 3 to 6 business days.
• Rest of the world (including USA) : variable depending on the destination (delivery times provided by the carrier).
For Custom Prints, delivery times may vary depending on demand. Since they are unique prints made on demand, Agathe manually creates the files once a week. Depending on when you place your order, it may take up to 15 days between ordering and shipping.
For Pre-orders, delivery times are indicated directly on the product page.
If your print is damaged upon arrival, the best option is to refuse the package directly with the delivery person. This helps speed up the claims process.
If you have already accepted the package, please contact us here and send us photos of the item, its packaging, and the visible shipping label.
We will create a new order and send you a replacement.
If you made a mistake on your order, such as an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer support here.
We can modify your order as long as it has not been prepared yet. After this, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes. So be sure to check your order quickly !
Don't worry, we will create a new order for you. However, please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If the package was returned to the sender due to an address error, we will ask you to confirm your address before reshipping your order. Contact us as soon as possible via our customer support here.
If your package is held at customs, it may be due to import regulations, which can sometimes cause delays. Please contact us here so we can review the situation together and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
If your package was not picked up in time, it has been returned to the sender. Please contact us here so we can arrange a new shipment.
Please note that reshipping costs will be at your expense, except in exceptional cases.
If you haven’t received a tracking email, it’s possible that your package has been shipped but the email is delayed.
Check your spam folder.
If you still can't find your email, contact us here and we’ll verify your order status.
