You have a legal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

Be in the same condition as when received (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
Include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of a defective product or order error (see below).

Parcels returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

If your parcel arrives damaged, the best option is to refuse delivery directly with the carrier.

This helps speed up the claim and replacement process.

If you have already accepted the parcel, please contact us promptly through our contact form or by email at contact@agathesorlet.fr, including photos of the item, packaging, and visible shipping label.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned:

Personalized products (e.g., prints with added names, dates, or original creations).
Digital files (e.g., digital posters, tattoo PDFs).
Gift cards.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the fragile nature of our products.

If you wish to purchase another item, please request a refund for your initial order and place a new order separately.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 14 days.

Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
